We believe there are far too many chemicals in the food chain. This is why we have decided that all our fruit will be grown organically, just the way nature intended.
Our apples are lovingly harvested by hand when at their prime, to capture the freshness of the fruit and the natural sugars which, when fermented, create our range of high-quality gluten-free ciders.
Our fruit is washed, chopped, and pressed by hand to create our ciders' authentic, traditional taste while minimising our carbon footprint and allowing us to live in harmony with nature.
Once pressed, our apples are fermented naturally using commercial and wild yeasts and finished off in either glass demi-johns or oak barrels depending on the label and the vintage.
We are currently nurturing our heritage cider orchard and hope to be producing a range of high-quality, boutique craft ciders by 2025.
